Once your eligibility is confirmed, the 25% discount will automatically apply to your entire shopping cart.
HOW DO I VERIFY MY STATUS TO RECEIVE MY DISCOUNT?
If not instantly verified, SheerID will invite you to securely upload a document to prove your eligibility as a medical professional. They will then compare the information provided in the uploaded document(s) against the information entered in the verification form. To ensure a speedy and successful verification, please pay attention to how you enter your information on the form so that it will match what is seen on the document(s). For example, enter your first and last name on the form as it appears on your official document(s).
WHAT KIND OF DOCUMENT(S) DO I UPLOAD IF ASKED?
You’ll need to upload professional documentation that shows your:
- First name
- Last name
- Medical licensing status
- Valid date (not expired)
We understand that your main document may not include an expiration date. If that is the case, please upload a second document establishing you currently work as a medical professional.
I JUST UPLOADED A DOCUMENT. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE RESULTS OF MY REQUEST?
Documents are reviewed in the order received. Once you upload your document(s), you will be contacted via email within 20 minutes with additional details regarding your verification request. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see an email in your inbox. The email will let you know if you’ve been successfully verified or if additional information is needed to complete your verification.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T PROVE I’M A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL?
This rarely happens. All health administrations are going to give you some kind of official document that we'll accept but, in the event you cannot provide us any acceptable proof of validation, we will be unable to approve you for the offer. To reiterate the point, if you're currently employed as a medical professional, you should have access to a document we can verify.
